Nova Estate is a corporate property booking platform that connects businesses with quality accommodations across multiple cities. We specialize in providing flexible, corporate-friendly booking solutions for business travel and extended stays.
Simply search for properties by entering your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests. Browse available properties, select your preferred accommodation, and complete the booking with your company information. You'll receive instant confirmation once your payment is processed.
Nova Estate is designed for corporate clients and business travelers. Companies can book accommodations for their employees, contractors, or guests. Individual bookings require company information for invoicing purposes.
We currently operate in major European cities including Berlin, Munich, Paris, and other key business destinations. Our property portfolio is continuously expanding to serve more locations.

Bookings & Reservations

To make a booking: 1) Search for properties using your travel dates and destination, 2) Select a property and room type, 3) Enter guest and company information, 4) Complete payment with your credit card. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after booking.
You'll need to provide: guest contact information (name, email, phone), company details (company name, address), and payment information. For invoicing purposes, you may also need to provide your company's VAT/Tax ID number.
Minimum stay requirements vary by property and rate plan. Some properties require a minimum of 3-7 nights, especially for corporate rates. Check the specific property details during the booking process for exact requirements.
Standard check-in time is typically 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Specific times may vary by property. You'll receive detailed check-in instructions in your confirmation email. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Booking modifications depend on the property's cancellation policy and availability. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to change dates or guest information. Some changes may incur fees.
Yes, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email with your booking details, property information, check-in instructions, and invoice. Keep this email for your records and present it during check-in if required.

Payments & Billing

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not currently accept bank transfers or purchase orders.
Your credit card is charged immediately upon completing the booking. The full amount for your stay will be processed at the time of reservation. You'll receive a receipt via email after successful payment.
Yes, a detailed invoice with your company information will be included in your booking confirmation email. The invoice includes all charges, taxes, and your company's VAT/Tax ID if provided during booking.
The price you see during booking includes accommodation costs and applicable taxes. There are no hidden booking fees. Additional charges may apply for services like parking, extra cleaning, or property-specific amenities - these will be clearly indicated.
Refunds are subject to the property's cancellation policy. If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, you'll receive a full or partial refund depending on the policy terms. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and rate plan. Most properties allow free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before check-in. The specific policy for your booking is shown during the booking process and in your confirmation email.
To cancel your booking, contact our support team at support@novaestate.com with your booking reference number. Alternatively, you can manage your booking through your account dashboard. Please review the cancellation policy to understand any applicable fees.
Cancellation fees depend on when you cancel relative to your check-in date. If you cancel within the free cancellation period, you won't be charged. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges of one night or the full booking amount, depending on the property policy.
No-shows (failure to check in without prior cancellation) typically result in charges for the full booking amount. If you know you cannot make your reservation, please cancel as early as possible to minimize charges.

Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET. For after-hours emergencies during your stay, please contact the property directly using the information in your confirmation email.
